Step 320: Sunday Blessings – A Striking Moment

“Keep only those things that speak to your heart.  Then take the plunge and discard all the rest.”  Marie Kondo – Queen of Decluttering

December begins at the end of November.  Water flows without any guidance.  The only constant in Life is CHANGE.  The opposite of worry is trust.  The Soul seeks expansion and growth.  Human is maturing.  Dogma-Free.  Human struggles – even Superman had issues.  For todayfind 5 things to be thankful for.  Better yet – do something different in your day-to-day routine.  It may be taking a different route to work/play/visit someone.  Try new food.  Include a new word in daily conversation.  Learn a new skill.  The question is – “what new choice can I make to take me out of my usual pattern of behavior?”  Trying something NEW forces us to “be present” since we’re not operating in our usual comfort zone.  When was the last time you listened to the Wind When was the last time you looked up at the night sky?  When was the last time you did something for the first time?  A shift in Mindset doesn’t have to be some BIG thing.  Small steps everyday create BIG LEAPS when we look back!  Notice breathing is it even – deep – shallow?  Notice what fuels thought AND inspiration.  Be a good noticerBe kind.  Be compassionate.  Understand that we are witnessing Human Evolution.  No one has “my answer.”  I will have to find it myself.  We are each tasked with assimilating and integrating “spiritual energy” – making it extremely personal. Solution HIDES in ProblemWe are each a Living ParadoxRest when needed.  Stay hydrated.  All is well. ❤
