Step 134: The Liar’s Paradox

“Accept what is.  Release what was.  Create what must BE.”  ~Andrea Balt

The Liar’s Paradox (Sutherland Careers)

What is it? More famously known as the Epimenides paradox, this is one of the oldest known paradoxes having been first suggested circa 600BC.  Greek Philosopher Eubulides of Miletus postulated “A man says that he is lying.  Is what he says true or false?”  The basic premise of this paradox is – “This statement is false.”

Wait, What?  If “This statement is false” is true, then “This statement is false” is true.  Therefore “This statement is falsemust be false.  The hypothesis that “This statement is false” is true leads to the conclusion that “This statement is false” is false, which is a contradiction.

To put it in simpler terms, I will assign the coefficient of (A) to the statement “This statement is false” which gives us:

If (A) is true, then (A) is true.  Therefore (A) must be false.  The hypothesis that (A) is true leads to the conclusion that (A) is false, which is a contradiction.  Think that is confusing?  We are just getting started!

All is well! ❤

Step 131: Focus-Forward

“Incipient – (adj.) – beginning to come into being or to become apparent.”
It should be obvious now.  Breaking with tradition – that is no longer acceptable.  It’s time.  It’s extraordinary.  Much preparation has gone into the Unfolding that’s about to be presented to us individually – collectively in the coming week.  What happens when an irresistible force meets an immovable object?  Seeds were planted November 7, 2018.  They come to fruition this week when the “Force” and the “Object” come face-to-face.  For today – patience please.  Focus on what IS working – not on what IS NOT working. Ask Self, “if all bets are off – what would I – could I create from my wildest dreams?”  Be practical – be kind – be compassion and remember to speak with your Soul – what does it want?  One more thing – if you don’t feel like you don’t “fit in,” pat yourself on the back – you don’t and you’re not supposed to!  All is well!   ❤

Step 125: Realignment – Deep Peace

“Hypermnesia – (noun) – abnormally vivid or complete memory or recall of the past.”

Welcome to the WeekendSeeds planted today come to fruition October 28th.  Restore – Replenish – Rejuvenate. Courage and faith come in handy when addressing differences in Values.  The good news is that it’s never too late to make a change.  Do not pity others it sends a signal that there is no hope or opportunity for self-bettermentUse common sense – NOT rigid thinkingValue is based on an meaning assigned by each of us.  Love is only a word until we give it meaning. Fear IS a visitor in the nervous systemFear FEAR’S itself.  Just because Fear appears within does NOT mean “it’s my fault – something’s wrong – or – I have failed.”  Witness Fear – instead of attacking “Self.”  For today – allow Love to EMBRACE Fear!  All is well!    ❤

Step 119:Sunday Blessing – Recognizing Humaness

“Brainchild – (noun) – a product of one’s creative work or thought.”

Complementary opposites!  Every single thing we encounter in life has many implications – many layers and meanings. How are you and your relationship with “Patience” getting along?  Patience provides an opportunity for expanded perspective. Look at the world with “fresh eyes.”  On the road ahead – dignity – integrity – compassion and kindness are our alliesLook at those you love, hate or fear.  Can you see that – they too – are Human?  Being an Earthwalker means “experiencing ALL sides of LIFE.”  Do you remember wishes you made when you were 13-14?  Sometimes it takes a long time – but they can be answered – when we least expect it. Now that’s patience.  The Universe never forgets.  Sadly – humans do.  We are ALL humans traveling inside Mighty Spirits connected by individual Souls.  A Beginner’s Mind will serve us well this week.  All is well!    ❤

Step 94: Next Steps

“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as who you become by achieving your goals.”  Thoreau
Where do you feel “pressured” to fit inExpansion – Contraction –  Transformation.  Point of Balance.  Spirit experiences life in the Sacred Temple called “my body.”  When emotions gain momentum – managing impulsive/compulsive actions becomes difficult – especially when it’s emotions that have been suppressed.  Emotions are usually attached to another human being.  For today – take a good long hard look at relationship attachments.  Be totally honest with Self.  Life is lived one day at a time.  Be your own Witness.  Forgive Self when forgiving others.  For those trying to “let go” or “cut the cord” – try the following.  Sit still – get quiet inside.
Repeat several times each day for the next 28 days:
“I release (first and last name) unto God. He/She is in his/her true place at all times. I am free, and he/she is free. I now decree that my words go forth into Infinite Mind and it brings it to pass. It is so.”
Let’s look out for one another.  All is well!  ❤

Step 74: The Answer in The Question

“Viator – (n) a wayfarer – traveler.”   ~Dictionary.com
Common ground.  Convergence. Evidence is only as good as the model and modeling can be dangerous business. How much evidence is enough?  Time to move on.  The Mind bows to the Heart. Smaller Forces bow to Greater Forces.  Rite of Passage.  Milestones.  For today – the outer world reflects who “I AM” and who “I AM NOT.”  Through reflection uncovering and deconstructing old patterns is highly probable.  And yes – some days we travel the rocky road less traveled.  Raise your own bar.  All is well!  ❤

Step 70: Rear-View-Mirror (Moving beyond Ignorance)

We are each an Ancient Being and our Hearts are older than the mountains – remember that today.  It’s time.  Start over.  All karmic debt is now paid in full.  What happens when one discovers their Soul has planned the journey we call “life?”  The “Mind” is in the process of “drying out” from its addiction to SUFFERING.  It takes time.  Embrace Unity.  All is well!  ❤
